Job Description
Your first Microsoft Teams meeting is at 1pm so you will have plenty of time to work on your project to-do list. Three social media posts need to be scheduled for the upcoming week, but you have an email from the Marketing Manager asking you to help with a PowerPoint that is being presented tomorrow (those pesky salespeople are always sending things at the last minute).
After helping with some slide animations on the sales PowerPoint and scheduling your social media posts, it’s time to work on a video for the website. The Marketing Manager has requested you create something with upbeat music, but the rest is up to you, so bring your creativity!
After lunch, you have your meeting with the marketing team and your manager mentions an all-company meeting coming up, and they need you to coordinate and manage the Teams meeting, so you make a plan to connect with the presenters when you’re in the office next week.
Once your meeting is over, an HR recruiter reaches out to you and asks for a new graphic for a job posting so you brainstorm some ideas and reach out to your team member for some input. She then asks if you can help choose swag items to offer on the PayTech store for the upcoming company anniversary.
You have time to knock one more thing off your list, so you start compiling notes for a SharePoint post on the event the company recently held. Hooray, you did it! What a day, you should feel really accomplished! The day is over, and you can log out and relax. Everything else can wait until tomorrow morning.
This position must be located in Denver, CO.
