Job Description

EMSL Analytical Inc is current seeking a full time Marketing Assistant II for its corporate location in Cinnaminson, NJ. This is a support position in which you will be working closely with all of our labs and sales reps. This person will be responsible for writing press releases, data input, customer service, and marketing tasks. Must be detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and computer skills. Self-motivating and multi-tasking skills are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to design and execute engaging email campaigns, promotional PDFs, and various marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leaders to produce clear service and product marketing copy
  • Manage trade show coordination, including attendee scheduling and overseeing the shipping and return of marketing materials, ensuring a seamless presence at industry events.
  • Plan, review, edit, create, and distribute company press releases both internally and externally to enhance our brand image and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Utilize the Marketing Calendar to craft engaging social media content and maintain a consistent presence on company social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to maintain the E-commerce website by updating product information, posting new rotating images, maintain company websites and other relevant content updates.
  • Regularly gather and analyze Google Analytics data for our company websites to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leaders to develop clear and effective service and product marketing copy, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Track and report on online marketing activities to assess their effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Undertake other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Utilize your 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role to contribute effectively to the marketing initiatives.
  • Prior internship experience, it’s a plus
  • Experience with Hubspot (or other updated CRM software) is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, including (but not limited to): InDesign, Adobe, Dreamweaver, and email campaign software.
  • Showcase your solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, and Google AdWords.
  • Maintain and enhance our online presence with experience in basic HTML, WordPress, and other website maintenance tools.
  • Utilize research methods, such as Google Analytics or other data analytics tools, to gain insights and drive data-backed decisions.
  • Work with various content management systems and have a grasp of customer service management software.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a fun, go-getter mentality to keep our marketing efforts engaging and exciting.
  • Demonstrate your excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality marketing materials.

Available Shift:
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
