Job Summary

The eCommerce Marketing Specialist will drive the digital growth of our eCommerce channels by creating, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that engage online and in-store shoppers. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online brand presence, develop promotional campaigns, enhance the customer journey, and support revenue growth.

The Marketing Specialist position currently offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote flexibility with occasional office collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Develop and implement marketing campaigns for creation through post-campaign analysisManage budgets, tracking and administration of program costs and internal processesStay current on industry trends and technologiesCoordinate food-related promotions and eventsProvide administrative support to retail team as neededCommunicate needed information through phone, email and in person interactionPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferredMarketing and experience in digital or eCommerce marketing preferredUnderstanding of SEO, paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), email marketing, and social media strategy preferredCompetence in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar design software) desiredStrong service and analytical skillsAbility to communicate clearly, effectively, friendly and professionally in all situationsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsUnderstanding of Microsoft applicationsAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail
