About Topline Pro
We’re building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.
Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with an excellent team of 40+ rockstars with plans to expand more in 2024. We serve thousands of local service businesses and were named as one of the 2023 and 2024 top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs.
We’re YC-backed and well funded (Series A 2023) with multiple years of runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in the past year having grown 5x since our Series A. We’re looking for our first full time marketing role.

⚡ What You’ll Do
- As an early member of the marketing team, you’ll play a crucial role in all of our marketing efforts, including establishing our social media presence, creating supporting sales collateral, managing our paid media, and leading our product marketing efforts.
- Analyze funnel stages to identify key drop-off points and new opportunities for growth; size opportunities to make sure we’re focusing on the most impactful experiments, whether they’re focused on acquisition, conversion, adoption, or retention.
- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key content creators, influencers, and content partners.
- Work with customers and creators to produce high-quality content that showcases Topline Pro’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Experiment with new growth channels and hypotheses
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with growth marketing, performance marketing and/or influencer partnerships
- Lots of hustle and willingness to learn new things
- Ability to move fast, iterate quickly and juggle multiple threads
- Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Someone eager to learn and grow

Base salary
$120,000/yr – $140,000/yr
