Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per annum

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of project experience

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content across various platforms that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing team members, and external partners to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices for online readability and engagement.
  • Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve content effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor junior content team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in content marketing, with a focus on creating engaging and high-performing content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for different platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in SEO and content optimization best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report on content performance using relevant KPIs.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate ideas.
