Job Description:

You are:

An ambitious contributor who can own the day-to-day coordination of email and direct mail marketing plans, ensuring everything goes out perfectly. You are also a motivated contributor who develops and executes strategies that drive digital adoption. You are a creative thinker, not afraid to take charge and make decisions, and you are competent in Excel and working with data. You should have at least one year of work experience in the marketing field and be able to dive in with minimal training. You must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask to meet deadlines. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are also essential.

You will:

Work with the marketing team to plan and execute all direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email, and internal e-spots.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the email developer to coordinate creative development, setup, send plans, proofing, testing, and file segmentation for email deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product marketing, and e-commerce on the development and delivery of the marketing strategy, guiding creative and content improvements and channel optimization efforts.
Assist with reporting on the performance of email strategies, programs, and campaigns, sharing learnings with the Digital Marketing team, and continually making recommendations for improvements.
Look for innovative ways to encourage or change clients’ behavior; A/B test to better understand and optimize campaign performance.
Work with internal and external creative agencies.
Ensure email design and layouts follow best practices.
Proofread direct mail and emails for accuracy, clarity, brand compliance, grammar, and spelling.
Manage the PO process for SendTech Supplies, Renewals, and Product Marketing.

Your background:

As a Marketing Specialist, you have:

A bachelor’s degree.
One year of experience in marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel (knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics preferred).
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and the ability to multitask while handling shifting priorities.
A self-starter attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to translate marketing plans into tactical execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
The ability to take ownership.
Self-motivation and responsibility.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, follow-up, and meeting deadlines.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $67,900 – $87,300 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

Location:

This is an onsite position in Stamford, CT.
