The job responsibilities of our Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to: Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution: Manage and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives and target audiences Strategize and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, awards, thought leadership, conferences, and events Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and ensure goals are met Content Creation and Brand Management: Oversee the development of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other promotional materials Develop and manage a content calendar for thought leadership initiatives, including podcasts, videos, and editorial articles Ensure brand identity is consistent across all marketing channels and enhances brand recognition Budget and Resource Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact, and track expenditures to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Services, Creative Services, and Human Resources to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, campaign results, and market trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement QUALIFICATIONS Required: 4-5 years of in-house marketing experience at a creative agency or within the pharmaceutical industry Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics Experience with budget management and resource allocation Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Resourceful self-starter who works well independently Experience working in a remote environment is a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT This role is primarily remote but may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. It demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings that require clear speech and hearing.
