Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate will create and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored toward our target audience across diverse digital media channels. This role will use, create, deploy, and manage demand generation campaigns and marketing automation processes to drive success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategy and content creation across our different channels (CRM, Marketing Automation, social media, Website, YouTube)
  • Own and manage our new Marketing Automation platform
  • Become a subject matter expert on our most popular line of products
  • Manage website analytics and third-party backend development software
  • Design and implement marketing automation processes to help optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys
  • Help manage pages and optimize integrations across email campaigns, landing pages, website, and CRM systems
  • Own event management and their digital strategy and promotion
  • Use data from a variety of sources to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and develop in-depth reporting to help guide and influence the digital marketing strategy
  • Stay on top of industry trends and gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
  • Support, assist and collaborate with team members while sharing digital marketing best practices and insights
  • Work on cross-functional projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
  • Data-driven with an outstanding ability to review digital marketing and sales data
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other measurement solutions
  • Creative and unconventional thinking, the ability to define innovative messaging and positioning
  • Ability to succeed while meeting tight and competing deadlines

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
  • 3 years of experience in a digital marketing and marketing automation
  • Experience with CSS and HTML editing
  • Experience in digital B2B lead generation is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the medical device industry, or healthcare preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation systems and social media channels
  • Experience with email and web marketing platforms, landing page management, data flow, system integration, and lead delivery and management processes

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
