About the job
Under minimal supervision, develops and executes strategy for one or more marketing initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to complex and interrelated matters and projects.
- Provides specialist-level analysis in several marketing disciplines and/or expert-level in one or more.
- Recommends project budgets and forecasts anticipated budget spending.
- Coaches others in less senior positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in marketing, finance, computer science or related business discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline.
Experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis.
Strong human relations and communication/presentation skills.
Advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing.
Customer-focused orientation.
Preferred Qualifications: This position will be a subject matter expert on pricing as it relates to strategic initiatives across Retail and Small/Medium Businesses. Candidates with ability to persuade through data, pricing analysis, competitive comparisons, analytic skillset strongly preferred.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
