Position Title: Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist sets and refines processes that facilitate optimal communication with TDECU members.
Through cross-functional partnerships and across systems, the incumbent organizes and strategizes the way TDECU connects with members for optimal results and experience.

Leads TDECU Email Marketing strategy by implementing high-impact initiatives across the member lifecycle, accelerating member growth, and deepening relationships with members. Works with Marketing team for building, testing, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment of email marketing campaigns. Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates the effectiveness of email initiatives for maximum performance, and develops recommendations to optimize these programs. Collaborates with key stakeholders across teams to assist in developing messaging and strategy in alignment with short- and long-term growth goals. Manages and maintains email lists, segmentation and cohorts, and identifies opportunities for future campaigns or automation. Stays up-to-date with email marketing and omni-channel marketing automation best practices and trends. Creates, monitors, and improves marketing automation funnels. Utilizes and explores competitor research, industry research, and relevant reporting.
Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Licensure, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; or equivalent mix of education and work experience required.
Licensure
Experience:
- Minimum one to three years of work experience within e-mail marketing and automation required.
- Experience with omni-channel marketing automation workflows preferred.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Proficiency in developing and managing email campaign lifecycle.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices such as creating email templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, drip campaigns, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent programs.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid General- On average 2 days per week of onsite work is required. More or less may be required depending on business need.
