About The Role
Essity Consumer Goods is looking for a Brand Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for leading our US Retail data analytics reporting process for the TENA brand. The successful candidate will own all aspects of the reporting process (including all ad hoc requests) and will have a passion for utilizing the data to uncover deeper insights.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA.

What You Will Do
- Lead and own all aspects of monthly reporting for the US team. Compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, customer, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand utilizing data tools (i.e. Circana/Edge (Amazon data)) with quick turn around
- Own the relationships with data suppliers to ensure data accuracy and timing needed to align with reporting deadlines
- Assist in developing Go-To-Marketing plans for TENA consumer in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans
- Assist in developing and coordinating BTL activations (e.g. email) and other marketing activities with other communication activities
- Participate in global and local product launches
- Contribute to the Global Brand Development work related to TENA brand
- Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives; assist with content development process
- Help develop and execute marketing campaigns; create reports on marketing performance, consumer complaints, new product launches etc.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years marketing and/or analytics experience preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods
- Acute analytical skills with desire to dig into the data to uncover deeper insights
- Previous experience in consumer/shopper marketing using consumer/shopper data and insights a plus
- High level of organization and attention to detailSelf-starter with strong follow-up and follow-through
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal direction
- Ability to work cross functionally across all areas of the organization to get things done
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Superior time management skills (i.e. ability to prioritize tasks according to strict deadlines)
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
