Job Summary
The Marketing & Branding Assistant will support the marketing and branding team in executing various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects. This role is crucial for ensuring brand consistency, increasing brand awareness, and assisting in the day-to-day marketing activities that contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a passion for brand development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Support: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Campaign Management: Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, print, etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
- Social Media Management: Support in scheduling and posting content, as well as monitoring engagement and responding to comments and inquiries.
- Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating reports for ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and promote events such as product launches, trade shows, and brand-related initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing and branding team, including meeting coordination, scheduling, and organizing materials.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
