We’re hiring Senior Manager, Digital Engagement and Direct to Consumer (DTC) to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our (DTC) channels and leveraging digital Owned and Operated (O&O) channels that drive Omni-channel engagement. You’ll leverage DTC channels to leverage consumer insights. Are you ready for something new and exciting?

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the DTC Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Define clear KPIs and targets for customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
Leverage digital channels to drive strategic insights: Identify opportunities to execute A/B test across digital channels, measure results, and provide scalable insights and recommendations that impact cross-functional sales and marketing channels.
Campaign integration and execution: In collaboration with North American Brand team and agency partners, integrate DTC and O&O into appropriate marketing campaigns across various channels and touchpoints.
Marketing technology and tools: Evaluate and leverage marketing technology platforms, tools, and automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance campaign performance, and drive operational efficiency. Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in marketing technology.
Analytics and reporting: Establish robust measurement frameworks and analytics capabilities to track key marketing metrics, performance indicators, and attribution models. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
Team leadership and development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of DTC and digital content professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.

This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 2-3 days per week in the Shelton, CT office and the balance of the week in a home office. Other locations in the US in the eastern and central time zones may be considered.

You bring

Minimum 6 years of experience in digital sales/marketing, and/or direct-to-consumer channel ownership with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue within DTC and brick and mortar partners required
Minimum 3 years of experience managing others directly, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Experience with managing email, SMS, SEO, and organic social media channels, either directly or with agency support. Experience with Shopify and WordPress strongly preferred
P&L ownership, strong expertise in managing and optimizing performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, social commerce, and email marketing
Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and attribution models with proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and campaign optimization
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
