The Chase Rewards product and engineering team is responsible for delivering loyalty user experiences that enable our customers to earn and redeem their Ultimate Rewards points. We are seeking a talented Associate to join the Rewards team to support the strategic operations of our business, working with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
As a Product Strategy & Operations Associate in Rewards, you will think strategically, build and leverage relationships, and find ways support the delivery of key priorities for the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and work cross-functionally to achieve business results. If you enjoy creative problem solving, are curious about how things work, and are incredibly organized and process-oriented, this is the role for you.
Job Responsibilities
Play key role in supporting day-to-day governance and program management
Support the budget and planning process in partnership with Finance and Operations teammates
Monitor and report on the progress of key program activities (e.g. business reviews, ad hoc reporting for senior management, etc.)
Create clear reporting and communications that showcase our strategy, initiatives, processes, and performance to stakeholders
Support leadership teams in establishing and tracking key metrics around product and technology performance
Facilitation of team meetings, including development of agendas, meeting material, and follow ups
Provide a high level of responsiveness to ad-hoc requests and special projects
Foster strong relationships across Product, Finance, Strategy, Design, Data and Technology to execute on our team strategy
Act as a culture carrier for the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
2+ years of product management, program management, product strategy or relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Experience collaborating and contributing on both a strategic and tactical level
High level of independence, energy and integrity; accepts accountability and responsibility
Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and the initiative to proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner
Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), Confluence Tools
