We are looking for an Associate, Digital Marketing to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Director, Digital Marketing and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will support all owned digital marketing, paid digital media, affiliate marketing, and digital campaigns/content on Khaite.com. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to create a top, luxury experience for the KHAITE customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the day-to-day execution and measurement of Paid Media and Retention Marketing initiatives, as well as supporting Khaite.com content planning, strategy and execution.
Support the Digital team in the development, planning and implementation of digital marketing and campaign strategy across all customer touchpoints, inclusive of acquisition / retention initiatives and site experience.
Assist in deploying successful digital marketing campaigns across all channels including but not limited to (paid search, paid social, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, and SMS).
Continuously support KHAITE’s digital growth goals by keeping an eye on opportunities with new tools, business partners, outlets, and trends.
Help align owned digital marketing, paid media and audience targeting plans with the objectives of internal partners to develop efficient and cohesive paid strategy and messaging.

Paid Digital Media & Owned Digital Marketing

Collaborate with Marketing teams on creation of paid media concepts and content.
Work with internal teams and external partners to brief, review and approve and traffic assets for all paid media and digital marketing initiatives.
Assist with strategy and execution of KHAITE’s email and SMS programs and channels from development to deployment, with the goal of increasing customer engagement and lifetime value.
Manage seasonal email/SMS calendar.
Support all digital marketing reporting and analyses.

Site Content & Campaigns

Coordinate 360 site strategy docs and assist with website campaign, content and launch updates in support of our E-commerce team.
Support in the creation of campaign calendars /roadmaps, related strategy documents and reporting.
Assist with briefing tickets and QA/UAT of site content and campaign initiatives.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak with all levels within the business.
Self- starter, ability to lead and manage projects independently.
Knowledge and interest in fashion & apparel.
Strong organizational skills.
Comfort and adaptability to work individually, as well as in team settings.
Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience:

Proven previous experience in retail/ DTC business, luxury experience preferred.
2-3 years’ experience directly working in Digital Marketing / Ecommerce.
Knowledgeable and comfortable with CRM systems and tools- proficiency in Klayvio and Attentive preferable.
Understanding/exposure to Meta Google paid media platforms.
Expertise in Google Analytics and media platform reporting.
E-commerce platform exposure/experience; Shopify preferred.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google suites.

The salary range is $65,000-80,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include a company bonus plan, employee discounts, medical, dental, vision, a 401k plan and other ancillary benefits.
