About the job
Doximity is transforming the healthcare industry. Join our mission to help every physician be more productive and provide better care for their patients. As medicine’s largest network in the United States, there’s an elevated level of responsibility in everything we do. We don’t take that responsibility lightly and are committed to building diverse teams with an inclusive culture that can make a direct impact on the healthcare system.
One of Doximity’s core values is stretching ourselves. Even if you don’t check off all the boxes below we encourage you to apply. Doximity is full of exceptional people who bring their own unique experiences to work everyday and make us all better for it!
Doximity is seeking a passionate, team-oriented, and articulate Product Marketing Manager. This role is vital for enhancing the market presence and adoption of our key products through innovative, strategic, and effective marketing campaigns. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, crafting and conveying the narrative that drives our products’ market success. As the GTM quarterback, your responsibilities will include market sizing, targeting, refining our ideal customer profile, positioning & messaging, product & solutions mapping, asset creation, product launches, and performance measurement. You will work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing to bring your campaigns to market.
This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.
How you’ll make an impact:
Develop GTM Strategy: Craft go-to-market strategies informed by quantitative and qualitative insights. Define the target audience, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy, rooted in clear objectives and insights.
Voice of the Customer: Strive to be the voice of the customer, asking the right questions and developing solutions that address their needs and pain points. Translate complex technical concepts into bite-sized value statements, producing high-quality customer-facing materials that effectively communicate our value.
End-to-End Product Stewardship: Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle and narrative driving the market presence of our key products. Work closely with product, growth marketing, and design leads to deliver creative, impactful, and relevant marketing campaigns.
Customer-Focused Communication: Thrive in understanding the customer, unlocking new qualitative and quantitative insights, and articulating product value and roadmap effectively. You have deep empathy for users and can adapt your communication to best reach and engage your audience—from physicians to nurse practitioners to medical students.
Adaptable Collaborator: Work as a flexible member of a small marketing team, leaning into new and different projects, audience segments, and areas as needed. Promote fresh ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and pursue new strategies while advocating for change initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing with demonstrated end-user impact. Must have experience building, developing, implementing and refining go-to-market strategies for software products.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including brand storytelling and creative copy development. Must be a strong writer.
Superior quantitative and analytical abilities including forecasting and market sizing.
Passion for understanding customer needs and aligning the organization to address them, with a strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, change priorities rapidly, and work through ambiguity effectively.
Experience in a startup environment that quickly delivers new features to market; healthcare experience is a plus.
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies is preferred.
