The position

As Dusty Robotics’ Product Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing. You are responsible for leading Dusty’s solution and company-level messaging and positioning and how it changes based on segments of our ideal customer profile (ICP), project types, and buyer personas. You’ll also contribute to marketing strategies, revenue organization enablement, and launch plans that position Dusty Robotics as the leader in our market.

This job is based in Mountain View, California, and an in-person presence is required. Remote candidates must demonstrate exceptional skills and background to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of each segment of Dusty Robotics’ current and future buyers, their pains, and how our solutions can help.
Train and enable the Sales and Customer Success organizations to understand our target personas and their pains.
Become an expert in positioning Dusty Robotics against the competition and leverage the expertise across our sales enablement and marketing programs.
Foster customer relationships to develop references, drive case studies and identify champions.
Produce and present compelling presentations at various events.
Obtain, maintain, and share industry, market, and product knowledge with cross-functional teams.
Run analysis on pricing and packaging for the current solution and other offerings on the product development roadmap.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
Knowledge of or experience working in the construction industry.
Experience developing results-driven platform go-to-marketing strategies and product launches.
Strong communication and collaboration skills including internal presentations, copywriting, and longer-form written content (e.g. ebooks, customer stories, blog posts, etc).
Comfort analyzing product usage and marketing pipeline data to make business recommendations.
Ability to thrive in an environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and agility.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent additional work experience.
