About The Role:
The purpose of the Product Marketing Manager is to support go-to-market strategies and be our expert on our market, buyers, products and competitors.
This role will be directly responsible for establishing a thorough understanding of our ideal customers and key competitors, developing messaging and creating collateral, supporting the sales organization, and managing go-to-market strategies for product launches.

You Will:
Proactively drive adoption, net retention, and expansion revenue
Collaborate with Account Executives to handle onboarding, training, and renewals, and work with Solutions Teams to ensure integration and website changes align with customer goals
Develop relationships with clients and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategize with clients to meet their evolving needs
Provide personalized onboarding and training for new customers
Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials, case studies, or referrals that can be used to demonstrate our value and attract new clients
Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve overall customer success
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
5+ years in product marketing role (ideally in a B2B SaaS organization)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong story teller
Highly-collaborative and enjoys working with and support a revenue team with collateral and training materials
Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
Ability to translate product features into messaging and position to write and build materials
Agile Project Management: Takes an agile approach to project management and execution, focusing on faster, iterative cycles to deliver on-time
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate or SaaS backgrounds a strong plus
Familiarity with project management tools strongly preferred (i.e. Asana, Click-up, etc…)
