About the job
As a Product Marketing Manager at Sendbird, you aim to help the company expand its new omnichannel business messaging product line in digital communications. Success is measured by the pipeline generated and the new revenue we can book from these use cases.

Reporting to the Head of Product & Content Marketing, the organization will lean on you as the go-to-market (GTM) quarterback from planning through adoption — market sizing, targeting, refining our ideal customer profile, positioning & messaging, product & solutions mapping, asset creation, product launches, through measurement. If you are a strategic marketer motivated by the ability to operate like a business line manager, with the experience of driving an Inbound B2B SaaS sales motion, this role is for you.

Own and drive a use case expansion strategy at the company
Craft GTM strategy, informed by quantitative and qualitative insights, then deploy through the global sales & marketing teams
Partner with the demand gen and content teams to build campaign plans, assets, and pipeline
Partner with account executives to close deals by iterating and refining sales plays
Partner with product management to package relevant releases
Shape our ideal customer profile based on learnings to improve deal efficiency
Run program and product launches

You see opportunity in a fast-paced, innovative environment where we lead the market
You are effective at managing cross-functional projects
