Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking a strategic, driven Product Marketing Manager to supercharge the expansion of our rapidly growing commercial business.
This is a highly strategic role with exceptional growth potential: you will have the opportunity to quarterback the GTM strategy for an innovative, AI-powered product line in a critical nascent market – and you will be amongst the first Product Marketing hires in the commercial business unit.
This position is Fully Remote.
What You Will Do
Reporting directly to the VP of Private Sector Strategy, you will develop and drive the GTM plan for one of our key product areas: Digital Identity (computer vision software for facial recognition and object detection) or Supply Chain Management (machine learning software, including digital twin, for optimization of complex manufacturing and logistics systems).
You Will Be Tasked With The Following
Define and Communicate our Value Proposition: Understand our customers, market segments, and the competitive landscape to develop differentiated value propositions for our products. Define our positioning and craft messaging to set us apart.
Develop and Execute the GTM Strategy: Collaborate with Strategy and Business Development to prioritize markets and craft go-to-market strategies that maximize the velocity of product adoption and revenue growth.
Design and Create Sales Collateral: Collaborate with Business Development, Content Marketing, and Strategic Communications to create compelling sales collateral (pitch decks, brochures, videos, ads) that communicate the value of our products to targeted audiences.
Uncover Customer Insights: Communicate with our customers and analyze market trends to gain insights into customer needs – and use these insights to guide the way we build and communicate our solutions.
What You Need To Have
4+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, GTM Product Management, or Product Strategy at a top tech company or startup.
Bachelor’s degree required / MBA preferred
Proven track record of developing and executing creative GTM strategies for net new products in markets that are emerging or loosely defined.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to translate insights into actionable plans to drive growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives.
Proven ability to operate autonomously, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Enthusiasm about innovation and a knack for creating clarity out of ambiguity.
Willingness to support other functions when needed.
What We’d Like You To Have
General understanding of Artificial Intelligence products and technologies.
Experience in the Digital Identity or Supply Chain Management markets.
Experience commercializing products in regulated markets.
Experience growing businesses internationally.
