As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join us on our journey.

Role Overview:

As a key component of the Global Marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager has a deep understanding of target customer(s) needs and preferences within Pro Audio and installed sound market. The role uses a mix of both creative and analytical skills to create insights that lead to compelling product positioning and messaging, and successful go-to-market efforts. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for sharing knowledge of products with sales, marketing, and other internal partners, and training of personnel who work in the field. In addition to maintaining the current portfolio and bringing new products to market, the Product Marketing Manager partners with other team members to create successful full-funnel campaigns supported by content strategies to be executed by marketing.

Responsibilities:

Clearly and compellingly articulate product positions, value props and feature/benefits
Responsible for developing vertical-specific GTM plans
Lead product launch planning, ensuring successful GTM results
Create buyer personas to align with business and marketing decisions resonates with target consumers
Create trainings and presentations for sales, marketing and other stakeholders
Responsible for building sales narratives and validating them with customers and internal team members
Work closely with our cross-functional teams and forge strong working relationships with stakeholders
Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and materials

Requirements:

6+ years of experience working in product marketing, product management, and/or marketing in Pro Audio and/or Installed Sound market
Experience in the field a big plus
Deep understanding of the relevant products in our space, the market, and the “voice of the customer”
Ability to make complex products easy to understand and sell
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
Experience working on teams in a fast-paced environment

Location:

This is a hybrid opening working 3 days a week onsite from our HQ in Framingham, MA.
