Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our client’s Team. They are a technology company with 1000+ employees. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the adoption and growth of our products. You will work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to create compelling value propositions, go-to-market plans, and customer insights that fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for SideRamp’s products, driving awareness, adoption, and retention.
Collaborate with product management to define product positioning, messaging, and target audiences.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
Create and manage go-to-market plans, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing promotion.
Develop and execute campaigns that communicate the value of SideRamp’s products to various customer segments, utilizing a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, events, and other channels.
Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including product demos, presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives across the organization.
Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
