About the job
This position is responsible for developing and supporting go to market programs for Lyric’s platform solutions to include internal preparation and education, as well as external content and materials.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

Serve as the go to market lead representing the marketing team in new solutions launches
Learn and understand solution benefits and be able to provide education to sales and other teams
Provide go to market support for new solution launches and ongoing activities
Serve as a storyteller to build impactful solution messaging and content that ties together key industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Lyric’s solutions.
Define/refine key additional buying personas for Lyric’s expanding customer audience.
Identify, create, and manage creation of solution materials needed for new solution launches.
Work cross functionally with the overarching go to market team to ensure collaboration and continuity with Lyric’s business strategies.
Work closely with VP of Marketing & Communications to build and align on the overall solution narrative and architecture to overarching brand messaging
Work closely with other marketing & communications team members to maximize messaging opportunities.
Work with VP of Marketing & Communications to build tactical plans to support go to market activities
Monitor key industry dynamics and trends and share information across the organization and externally, if appropriate.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience working in product marketing, ideally in the healthcare tech space
Ability to understand technical aspects of Lyric’s solutions to provide cohesive messaging and education to sales teams and other key stakeholders
Proven success creating effective tactical plans to support go to market initiatives for new solutions
History of displaying problem solving abilities with strong storytelling, message creation, and writing skills
Experience working across functions to gain alignment with different collaborators.
Strong desire, dedication, and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with consistency, and steadfastly push his/herself and others to innovate.
In-depth marketing data analysis skills
Ability to lead shifting priorities with agility and work well cross functionally.
