What You’ll Do

AirOps has strong product-market fit, and we’re growing quickly. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to spearhead our product marketing and enhance our market positioning. This role is pivotal in shaping our product narratives, aligning marketing strategies with market needs, and driving the adoption of our products across various customer segments.

Our ideal candidate boasts a deep background in product marketing within B2B SaaS, combining exceptional writing and communication, strategic acumen, bias to action, and deep customer empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns
  • Develop compelling content that showcases the value of our products, including case studies, product videos, website copy, and blog posts
  • Partner with sales to create and refine sales collateral that supports the selling process
  • Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing activities on customer acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Use the AirOps platform to accelerate our growth

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing targeting mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Exceptional writer that can distill complex topics into simple and easily understood messages
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the SaaS industry
  • Experience crafting engaging marketing materials
  • Familiarity using generative AI for marketing a strong plus

  • You run lightweight experiments for new ideas all the time, and move quickly to scale the things that work
  • You have creative ideas on how to engage and nurture prospects
  • You’re an excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Willingness to travel up to 1-2 weeks per quarter
