Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The NZXT marketing team is seeking an experienced Product Marketer with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive business results. The ideal candidate will take charge of product positioning, messaging direction, go-to-market strategy, and content creation for the NZXT product lines. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Creative.

Responsibilities

Develop insights-driven product positioning by identifying customer needs and analyzing the competitive landscape
Work closely with Product Management throughout the product life cycle ensuring marketing strategies align with product milestones
Create clear and effective messaging frameworks to establish consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints
Equip sales teams with the information and tools needed to effectively communicate product value propositions
Lead cross-functional team collaboration in development of product launch plans
Partner with internal creative teams to produce and deliver compelling marketing and campaign assets (copy, imagery, video, web content, etc.)
Propose and implement innovative marketing initiatives to differentiate our products in the market

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years in a product marketing role, with a preference for experience in the gaming hardware industry
Demonstrated success in creating compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks
Experience working with a Creative team (internal or external), with a keen eye for distinguishing good from excellent creative work
Extensive knowledge of marketing asset production, including but not limited to copywriting, photography, video, and digital media
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the company
Comfortable working remotely from a home office

Compensation

The estimated base range for this role is: $75,000- $100,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal equity and alignment with market data. We offer a wide range of benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement and paid time off. All employees at NZXT receive equity as part of their compensation package.
