Boomi is looking for a creative, analytical, and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to support our global growth. In this role, you’ll help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, such as generating leads, nurturing throughout the marketing funnel, and accelerating opportunities that support the growth of the company.
The ideal candidate will understand core marketing technologies across the digital space like Google, Bing, and Drift, with Marketo and Salesforce preferred and certifications being a plus. Equivalent technology proficiency will be considered. Other technologies used include Boomi, Bizible, and Mutiny.
What you’ll do:
Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to help scale business growth
Create, launch, and optimize thoughtful web experiences through various platforms (Drift, Mutiny, etc.)
Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates through the funnel, bounce rates, and more
Develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the broader team to develop compelling conversational marketing playbooks and landing page experiences while ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across campaigns
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and certifications.
The experience you bring:
2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing or sales development capacity, preferably in B2B SaaS or an agency supporting B2B
Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling marketing campaigns, driving business impact, and hitting pipeline and revenue targets
High-level understanding of MarTech tools, preferably Marketo, Salesforce, Mutiny, Drift, and intent tools
Key competencies:
Analytical, metrics-driven, system-building mindset: you will help create the demand and marketing ops engine to fuel Boomi’s growth!
You have strong communication skills and can turn complex concepts into compelling messaging, strategy, and campaigns
Beyond demand generation, you possess a deep passion for learning all things marketing – from lead scoring to lifecycle models, data management best practices, program structure, attribution models, and Salesforce reporting
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
