Company Overview: A leader in the retail franchise industry, dedicated to driving growth and franchisee satisfaction across 85+ franchise locations across the U.S. Our mission is to provide local communities an exceptional shopping experience for outstanding toys & gifts. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and President, Head of E-commerce & Store Support at the Learning Express Toys Corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain all company web properties, consumer website, franchise website and intranet site and digital asset manager including activities such as adding and removing content, updating categories, etc.
Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce and buying teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with the company’s overall objectives, marketing strategy and product priorities.
Serve as the franchisee point of contact for e-commerce, digital advertising, local online listings (Google, Yelp, etc) and e-mail.
Train and provide continuous education to franchisees on digital marketing, e-commerce and email.
Set up, transfer or sunset new or closed store web properties (i.e. website, map apps, local listings, etc) and e-commerce shipping accounts.
Manage and execute corporate email service offered to stores (owner opt-in, email build out, email list maintenance, scheduling and billing).
Manage the online reputation and review management process for each franchise location.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and local market trends, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Track and report on local and system-wide KPI metrics to internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience with e-commerce, Magento, HTML, databases, CSS, constant contact and google analytics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with franchisees and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Residence in or around Massachusetts is a plus.
