Meet The Team
As part of the Digital Experience team, the Associate Marketing Manager will support the consumer website UX design strategy, ongoing conversion optimization, and digital account management experience. This will involve working collaboratively with the broader Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Creative Services, and Commercial IT teams to deliver optimal digital experiences that inform, motivate, convert, and support our end users. The candidate will be empowered to champion web and ecommerce best practices and contribute to highly visible cross-channel engagement strategies that effectively convert prospects into sales and drive consumer retention.
Where You Come In
You monitor the overall health of the consumer ecommerce site for one of our Dexcom sub-brands.
You maintain a well-optimized purchasing journey informed by data and analytics and avoid potential friction points.
You will develop, test (UAT), and publish a frequent cadence of product highlights, blog articles, FAQs, and campaign landing pages in support of commercial product launches, app releases, marketing growth and acquisition campaigns in the CMS platform.
You steer web CMS design and functionality enhancements in collaboration with our agency partners, IT, and broader consumer digital experience team.
You track key metrics for content marketing success and overall web customer satisfaction; regularly evaluate content health performance in terms of views, bounce rate, conversions, and visitor flow.
You maintain the consumer account management experience and influence feature enhancements that drive our digital support strategy.
What Makes You Successful
You have 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience, with an emphasis on website conversion optimization and UX design.
You have moderate CMS management experience, preferably with tools like Amplience, Commerce Tools or similar.
You have an in-depth understanding of e-commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
You have strong knowledge and passion for web UX design and can prioritize continuous data-driven improvements across the site.
You have proven track record tailoring web experiences with different personas and segments in mind.
You have a strategic and curious mind; understanding the ‘why’ of things just as much as the ‘how’ to get it done.
You are KPI and results driven. Can show and articulate where projects have made a significant impact.
You have a growth mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
You have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment that values transparency.
You have proven experience in consumer products, health technology, or consumer electronics industry, with a demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior and ecommerce trends.

Experience And Education
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
Travel Required
5-15%
Flex Workplace : Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

Salary
$78,900.00 – $131,500.00
