What you will do
Work with sales teams to understand market needs and translate them into actionable programs, building our global programs and activities.
Creating and executing multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts, including 1:1 and 1:few initiatives to help achieve sales revenue goals
Researching specific industry sectors, organisations and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customised collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle
Leading the execution of local marketing activity including digital campaigns and events with other marketing peers and agencies for targeted accounts
Developing positive relationships with account teams and customers
Forecasting, measuring and analysing the impact of programs on sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success
Who you are
Proven experience as a Field Marketing professional in a B2B SaaS company.
Understanding of the trends and issues facing marketers in the digital age
Knowledge of customers and competitive marketing programs, which is used to develop effective marketing programs and messages
Experience in creating targeted programs and tailored account-based marketing campaigns
Viewed as a critical partner to sales
Presents convincingly to executives, partners, and customers
Ability to influence peers through collaborative working
Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and creative marketing execution
Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
Fluent English. French or additional European languages is an advantage
BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
