THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our point-of-sale (POS) inventory and warehousing systems. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that inventory levels are accurately tracked, orders are processed in a timely manner, and items are delivered on time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee and manage inventory and warehousing operations, including inventory management, receiving, and distribution of POS.
Oversee the relationship with 3PL partner to implement operational efficiencies.
Analyze order flow to provide insights for procurement strategies against aggressive timelines.
Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate tracking of inventory levels through our point-of-sale system.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments.
Monitor and maintain the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the logistics process, including monitoring inclement weather conditions and supply chain disruptions.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and coordination of activities.
Develop and manage the inventory and warehouse budgets, ensuring activities are delivered within budget and on time.
Perform periodic reviews of inventory and warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate changes.
Maintain detailed records of issued purchase orders, receiving and outbound shipment documentation.
WHAT YOU BRING
Comprehensive knowledge of inventory and warehouse management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with an ability to adapt to the fast-paced, deadline driven needs of the Marketing team.
Ability to inspire others to produce great work through teamwork and collaboration.
Solutions-oriented and highly resourceful.
Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks with a focus on delivering impactful results.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
Experience implementing and using point-of-sale systems for inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Travel requirement across the United States.
Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
The ability to sit, stand, walk, and type for long periods of time.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $60,000- $70,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
