Role Description:

This Marketing Demand Generation Specialist will lead marketing efforts in the legal software market. This role will be responsible for both building awareness and demand across multiple product lines globally. This person will lead and manage marketing plans, campaigns and work cross-functionally to define and develop the content that is used to drive engagement across all channels, inbound and outbound marketing; search, website, social, and email among others. Our marketing requires an analytic approach, where testing best practices and measurement is in your DNA.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation and work directly with sales and product management to create compelling content and marketing programs to grow market awareness, brand message, and demand generation enabling sales globally. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and flexible. They will have the confidence to challenge the norm and ability to work with multiple roles across the organization and bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales-aligned marketing execution plans with marketing strategy and sales teams for assigned market segment/products.
  • Develop, plan, and execute all elements of marketing campaigns.
  • Project manage each campaign and insure on-time and on-budget production.
  • Conduct tactical email execution and monitoring, including ongoing nurture emails.
  • Plan audience targeting in conjunction with marketing strategy managers to support focused, persona-based execution.
  • Utilize automation platform to set up and track campaigns and audience behavior.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify testing and pivoting opportunities for persistent results improvement.
  • Communicate campaign progress and impact-to-the-business results to all relevant internal stakeholders, including monthly marketing inspection meetings and joint sales and marketing impact meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or demand creation.
  • 3 years’ experience with marketing automation platforms – Marketo, Terminus, Hubspot, Act-on, Pardot, etc.
  • Experience with demand creation funnel, lead gen optimization, conversion to opportunities, and maximizing ROI.
  • Experience in in-bound marketing and optimizing content to drive results.
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Team player: ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
