Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Ecommerce Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts and managing our ecommerce platform to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple online channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Create and optimize content for product listings, website pages, blog posts, social media platforms, and email newsletters to enhance brand awareness and attract target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement SEO and SEM campaigns aimed at improving search engine rankings, increasing website traffic, and maximizing ROI.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software to analyze user behavior, segment audiences, and develop targeted marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and ecommerce to implement best practices and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and experience with online retail operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, graphic design software, and A/B testing methodologies is an advantage.
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and ecommerce.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods. The ability to lift 25lb regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Supervisory Responsibility:

The position will not have supervisory responsibility.
