Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development, Support & Execution:
- Conduct market and persona research to identify audiences and their needs, preferences, and trends.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, emails, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
- Develop and execute branded social campaigns that engage, convert, and excite audiences.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content.
- Ensure all marketing content is on-brand and consistent in style, tone, and quality.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and optimizations.
Marketing Distribution and Promotion:
- Implement marketing distribution plans across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and third-party platforms.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
Audience Engagement and Community Building:
- Foster engagement with target audiences through interactive content, discussions, and community-building initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries across various channels.
- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to expand brand reach and credibility.
Channel Marketing Strategy Support & Implementation:
- Engage, support, and communicate with dealer partners to enhance their marketing initiatives.
- Manage and update dealer portal content, access, and usability.
- Support dealer sales and training initiatives through content creation, presentation, event coordination, and communication.
Marketing Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry and marketing trends and best practices to improve strategies and tactics continuously.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing; wellness industry experience is a bonus but not required.
- Exceptional communication, writing/design, and editing skills (with a keen eye for detail and grammar) for engaging written and visual content for various audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Social Channels)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia production tools, a plus (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Remarkable organization and time management skills to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
- Can work remotely but be on-site as needed for meetings/events/photoshoots (~1-2x/month).
