Greenhouse is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team!

The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and the Growth Marketing team to help us optimize many of our digital advertising channels. As we increase our demand generation goals, this role will be a critical player in allowing our ad channels to perform at peak capacity and drive scaled opportunity attainment at the most efficient budget possible.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how we plan, create, and report on ad campaigns across LinkedIn, 6sense, and other similar platforms
  • Support campaign owners in launching targeted ad campaigns and assisting in building criteria based audiences, requesting appropriate creative, and pulling performance reporting
  • Retain ownership of the day to day management of bid optimization on several software directory platforms
  • Support in copywriting on multi-channel ads and landing pages
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to report on day to day digital campaign execution tasks
  • Report on channel spend and set monthly budgets across multiple ad platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both our Google Ads and Directory account managers, working with them to follow through on any account expansion opportunities

You should have

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising channels, preferably within a B2B context
  • 1+ years experience with ad and landing page copywriting
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, up to and including C-Suite
  • A data-driven, analytical approach to decision making
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in digital advertising at a B2B SaaS company, preferred

The national pay range for this role is $77,200 – $115,800. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
