Reports to: Brand Marketing Manager – Teva

Location: Remote, Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time preferred.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate teammate who drives product marketing strategy to inspire people to get outdoors in our innovative products. The Product Marketing Associate Manager

will be responsible for creating, executing, and implementing the product go-to-market strategy by crafting audience-focused, product messaging and creating high-impact marketing and product education content that supports the consumer journey and leads the launch of products.

This role requires a strong ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across various teams such as Marketing, Product Line Managers, DTC, Global Communications, Creative, and Legal.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Always-On Product Marketing: Partner with the Product Team and Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives and strategy across various channels. Monitor overall consumer-facing product messaging framework and provide operational support with ongoing requests from global teams.

Seasonal Product Marketing Asset Development: Assist with briefing and developing seasonal marketing tools and the creation of seasonal asset packs, tools, and always-on sustainability priorities.

Teva.com Support: Be a collaborative partner with the DTC team to communicate cohesive and accurate product marketing information, product-led consumer experiences, launch plans, segmentation support, sustainability updates, product reviews, imagery guidance and assist with special projects.

Strategic Research and Implementation: Conduct and implement research on best-in-class sports marketing strategies, successful sustainability communication, and consumer insights to utilize in building and executing strategy from brand level campaigns to product level communication.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, or related Discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in product, or field, or marketing in sports industry
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in performance footwear or industry preferred
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
  • Experience with product launches across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated ability to write a marketing brief and provide feedback on creative and copy

$80,000-$85,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
