We’re recruiting for a Junior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the execution of outstanding marketing campaigns to support our scaling journey. The Junior Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and supporting the development of strategic marketing initiatives. They will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage compliance reviews, and track campaign performance to drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day requirements to deliver campaigns on time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support development of creative & media plans
  • Support strategic planning and impact
  • Conduct compliance reviews/approvals
  • Collaborate with product & channel partners
  • Time management & deadlines management
  • Track reports & results for campaign performance

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing/communications
  • 2+ years experience managing a small team
  • Experience with editing and preparing content for publishing
  • Understanding of different facets of marketing, such as Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Excellent copy-writing skills
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
