About the job
Due to our continued business growth, we are seeking a
Brand Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
to help build up the brand throughout all touchpoints in a complex omnichannel environment.
Your Tasks
- Ensure and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels within EMEA in strong collaboration with our Global Headquarter
- Implement, enrich, and conceptualize brand and product campaigns in collaboration with internal departments, subsidiaries, and the sales team.
- Create and deploy relevant Go-To-Market (GTM) materials (content & timeline) addressing all stages of the purchase funnel.
- Drive a concise content roll-out across all channels, maximizing corporate elements.
- Manage and adapt all marketing materials and collaterals (POS, catalogues, etc.) in alignment with the global brand direction.
- Oversee agencies and service providers in project-relevant topics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of end-users, category dynamics, competition, and industry trends. Transform insights into growth opportunities for the brand, aggregating region-specific feedback and insights for communication to the Global team.
- Lead budget planning and implement success control measures to optimize marketing initiatives.
Your Profile
- Proven proficiency in global brand marketing strategy, showcasing strengths in positioning, brand development and innovation.
- Strong communication and project management skills with a high level of initiative, self-reliance, and a goal-oriented approach to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies, fostering effective teamwork.
- Confident in delivering strong presentations ensuring clear and impactful communication.
- Proficient common MS Office applications as well as online marketing tools (for example social media), staying abreast of technological advancements.
- Willingness and ability to engage in occasional travel as required for the role.
