Description
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join the NMI team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering qualified sales opportunities through integrated marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to manage and launch campaigns that drive new signed partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition across digital channels, including: email, search, social, and the web, to achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance, audience, and channel mix.
- Oversee paid media budgets across SEM, display, social, content syndication; as well as email marketing or other inbound / outbound campaign activities.
- Plan and manage the execution of short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns emphasizing demand and lead generation
Help build and support our account-based-marketing (ABM) strategy and campaigns to ensure effective lead generation and conversion to opportunities
- Contribute to content development aimed at targeting prospects throughout the customer lifecycle.
Prioritization and execution of campaign-related responsibilities with clear qualitative, quantitative (KPI), and deadline-oriented expectations
- Iterate campaigns with the intent to optimize; collaborate as needed with team
- Drive demand generation strategy to create alignment on account targeting, lead scoring, lead flow and follow up, and pipeline generation KPIs.
- Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to generate a strong sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at every stage.
Work closely with:
- Data and web teams to make informed decisions on what experiments to run quarterly to improve account engagement and pipeline creation.
- Collaborate with agency partners to establish paid media strategies to identify and reach key payment industry audiences.
- Work closely with reps and sales leadership across the organization to understand business objectives and translate those into impactful programs that achieve desired outcomes
Stay up to date on industry trends and always demonstrate strong strategic and tactical awareness of and ability across key channels, especially at the top of the digital marketing funnel
- Leverage AI to optimize your team’s efforts
- Implement creative and effective ideas for bringing new leads into the funnel through multi-channel online campaigns that include methods like webinars, email campaigns, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, etc.
- Own the marketing funnel. From top of the funnel to Closed Won, your role is to increase conversion and volume.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working within top-of-funnel B2B digital marketing campaigns; proven track record of leading effective inbound / outbound marketing campaigns
- Payments industry (fintech SaaS) experience required
- Experience in Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Pardot, Unbounce, ZoomInfo
- Deep level understanding of paid digital media (social, PPC, display, programmatic) placement and analytics
- Advanced understanding of traffic-driving and demand-generation strategies (e.g. SEO and inbound marketing, paid search ads, paid social ads, and more…)
- Growing expert of top-of-funnel marketing tactics (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Media, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, agency-level reporting dashboards, and CRMs
- Understanding of Can Spam, GDPR and other global regulations for privacy, security, and marketing opt-in rules
- Experience collaborating with agency partners
- Ability to prioritize while wearing many hats; strong collaboration skills when working cross-functionally
- Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual, and within a team environment
- Have a growth mindset and can-do attitude, who seeks continuous improvements, trying new things, rolling with changes – all within a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
