About the job

Ecore is looking for a new Product Marketing Specialist to join our Product Management team to help educate and inform our customers on our product portfolio. You’ll efficiently execute and enhance go-to-market plans for upcoming product launches and promotional initiatives. Research competitive products, assess product characteristics, manage key product assets that drive marketing efforts. Additionally, you’ll be involved in crafting impactful presentations, product architectural folder, brochures, literature, and sales sheets. Internally, this position is called Associate Product Specialist.

Core Contributions:

Project Leadership and Management
Lead cross-functional groups to develop and deliver product collateral.
Manage multiple marketing collateral projects.
Assist with managing new product development project pipeline to ensure strategic alignment.
Product Marketing Development and Support
Provide extensive product support and knowledge to Sales, Customer Experience and Technical Services teams.
Actively contribute to new product development initiatives, including new product introductions and launch activities.
Participate in product planning, strategy formulation, and research and development requirements.
Collaboration and Communication
Proactively anticipate obstacles and navigate through the organizational challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
Hands-on problem-solving through things like creating samples, providing insights during manufacturing pilot runs, and understanding product performance through testing.
Be the primary liaison with Marketing and Customer Experience, providing essential product knowledge, collateral and website details.
Resource and Supplier Management
Manage collateral budget, maintain inventories, and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Customer Focus and Solutions Delivery
Acquire insights into customer needs, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver solutions that will align with both internal and external customer expectations.
Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning
Posses a working knowledge of the manufacturing processes, capabilities, and limitations.
Stay abreast of the latest product knowledge, business flow, sales processes, and market dynamics.

Essential Experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, new product development, product management, or project management
Experience using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
