Job Description:

XY Labs is seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Lifecycle Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our email and push notification campaigns, managing advertising efforts, and execution of our social media marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and execute email and push notification campaigns to engage with our audience and drive usage.

-Collaborate with the product team to create compelling advertising content across various platforms.

-Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

-Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in lifecycle marketing to implement innovative strategies.

-Work closely with related teams to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.

-Assist in segmentation and targeting strategies to personalize marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

-1-2 years of experience in marketing related activities

-Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle.

-Experience with email marketing tools and platforms.

-Experienced in Microsoft Excel, creating pivot tables, and using advanced formulas

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.

-Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

-Eager to learn and grow, with a strong commitment to continual personal and professional development.
