Grow your career as a Marketing Associate, B2B within Inclusive Collection, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, you will support the Associate Marketing Manager and Senior Manager, B2B with maintaining and improving both Travel Advisor engagement and ultimately conversions through internal and external marketing initiatives. You will also assist with maintaining Inclusive Collection Travel Advisor dedicated platform – Confidant Collective. You will coordinate bi-monthly Advisor incentives newsletter, special loyalty marketing promotions, and holiday promotions. You will coordinate marketing projects and creative assets with Trade Industry publications, travel advisors and consortiums. You will support the Inclusive Collection Sales team with marketing assets and events.

A successful Marketing Associate, B2B will:

  • Coordinate high-visibility B2B projects.
  • Write and provide content, creative input, and direction for B2B marketing projects including Travel Advisor dedicated websites, educational programs, newsletters, promotions and external marketing projects.
  • Have an understanding of best practices for email marketing including creative content and effective subject lines.
  • Align B2B marketing projects to reflect Inclusive Collection priorities.
  • Ensure marketing asset requirements are communicated to all members of the project team. Ensure deadlines and changes are communicated to all members.
  • Coordinate with production, creative, and branding teams to ensure project feasibility within timelines and budgets and to ensure branding in on point. Develop and ensure brand standards, standard policies and operating procedures are maintained.
  • Coordinate prompt payment for Travel Advisor B2B marketing initiatives coordinated.
  • Maintain lessons learned and best practices for designated B2B marketing projects. Report results for campaigns upon conclusion, and make recommendations on future campaign based on research findings.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values.

A successful Marketing Associate, B2B will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, project management, design, or a related field.
  • Understanding of Travel Advisor Trade media/network and the importance of the Travel Advisor community.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills a must.
  • B2B copywriting and experience preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in project coordination, creative coordination, or operational coordination in an agency or in house creative/marketing department.
  • Excellent team player with ability to work with cross functional partners, senior management, and external partners and vendors.
  • Willingness to listen to partners and implement projects based on collective needs.
  • Ability to think both creatively and innovatively.
  • Ability to effectively communicate project needs, deadlines, updates, and challenges in a timely manner to all pertinent parties.
  • External vendor coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting timelines, and potentially changing priorities.
  • Tourism or hospitality experience a preferred.
  • Willing to learn and grow within the position
  • Spanish fluency a plus
