Job Title: Marketing Analyst – Associate Manager – Loyalty & Personalization
Location: Woonsocket RI (3 days per week onsite, hybrid model)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay rate: $35/hr.

- As the Associate Manager of analytics for the Customer and Category Growth (CCG) team, you will be the subject matter expert for business-critical operational activities. You will be detail oriented with the ability to manage against strict deadlines. This role will manage multiple operational processes that support the CCG team’s offer, email and direct mail campaign development, data quality, execution process and billing review. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can influence others to ensure the team maintains compliance and hits deadlines, while identifying and communicating hurdles.
- This role will also work cross functionally to ensure accurate delivery of CCG data, collect feedback on missing information, and provide timely responses to queries. This role will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities that create efficiency and effectiveness, including building out reporting capabilities. This role requires strong technical skills particularly in Excel, Tableau and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree w/ minimum 2 years in a project or operations role
- Comfortable working within tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Data management and processing
- Ability to work independently and prioritize among multiple tasks
- Microsoft office particularly Excel with experience using Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Sumif, Index Match, and Concatenate
- Demonstrated experience with cross functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within Tableau, Salesforce, and Powerpoint
- Prior experience in Marketing, Merchandising or Finance
- Prior experience working with large data sets
- Inquisitive mindset to identify efficiencies within existing processes
- Ability to influence partners ensure assigned projects and tasks are delivered on schedule
- Prior experience working within CRM tools and processes
