Internship Requirements…
- Internship will last 10 weeks. However, can be potentially extended.
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
- At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution.
- We are hybrid so you will be in the office part-time
This Marketing team plays a key role in helping create awareness of the brand and generate interest, excitement and demand for our products and services at the local sales market level by developing and implementing field marketing strategies and initiatives in conjunction with sales priorities.
Part of a team that will help deliver marketing plans to drive new business leads, increase client awareness of offerings, enhance client retention by developing and implementing community and client events, and help in increasing sales effectiveness. Plays a key role in facilitating communication and implementation of important initiatives and strategies internally and externally.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to meet or exceed client growth, retention and revenue projections for Division, Region or Market via direct marketing campaigns, promotional offers, educational seminars and B2B events. Monitor, evaluate and report results.
- Evaluate data and make recommendations for improvement Identify and recommend opportunities for lead generation and brand promotion
- Brand ambassador/champion ensuring the elevation of brand throughout the market while adhering to brand guidelines
- Monitor, evaluate and report results including focus on opportunities to expand brand and product awareness with existing and prospective clients
- Rally sales teams in conjunction with sales leaders, behind the goals and mission
- Measure effectiveness of marketing data and make necessary adjustments to demonstrate continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven ability to distill complex information into simple and easy to use sales and marketing materials
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments
- Social media experience is strongly preferred
- Must be flexible and able to work on fast changing industry
