Job Description

  • Work with Markets to improve Traffic, Retention Growth
  • Execute and analyse predictive service marketing modules with the overall intention to measure and map incremental business growth, retention/loyalty impact and campaign success metric.
  • Work with cross functional teams & markets for revenue increase through retail channel
  • Support market on deep dive analysis of retail revenue improvement to support strategies and execution
  • Excellence in preparing key metrics and submit to management timely
  • Prepare presentations for management and markets on Retail and CRM strategy
  • Visit to markets (basis need) and help them implement retail and CRM actions
  • Maintain a good healthy relationship with markets and distributors and setup periodic review discussions
  • Support Distributor lead programs with opportunity list , data analysis and analytics
  • Support new technology digital communication platforms
  • Strong experience in Customer service/customer support (after sales)
  • Experience and knowledge retail parts business is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills must (Using MS Excel, Alteryx, Qlikview,)
  • Excellent presentation skills (MS PowerPoint) / Storyboard narration etc
  • Awareness of new reporting and analytical tools
  • Exposure and knowledge on OEM / Dealer/Distributor service operations
  • Data interpretation and capability in making working level actions
  • Effective relationship management
  • Strong business acumen coupled with a drive for results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to interact with various markets
  • Team management with strong ability to lead the markets to achieve desired business goals.
  • Can-do attitude. Think positive.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Engineering graduate (Mechanical or Automobile) with at least 6 years of FCSD / OEM operation experience . Understanding of middle east distributor operations will be an added advantage
