The Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for distilling valuable consumer insights from both internal and external sources, providing crucial inputs to inform marketing briefs and strategies. This role is instrumental in providing seasonal analysis for nimble adjustments and foresight into the next season, ensuring that our global and regional marketing efforts are not only responsive but also strategically positioned for sustained success. In this role, you will be asked to provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data in to clear, actionable recommendations.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- 1. Campaign Recap Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather regional recaps of marketing campaigns, consolidating findings and sharing impactful learnings across the organization.
- 2. Global Scorecard Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive scorecard for global marketing performance, ensuring key metrics are tracked and analyzed to drive continuous improvement.
- 3. Seasonal Brief Input
- Utilize analytical tools and seasonal recaps to extract actionable insights from consumer data, aiding in the development of effective marketing strategies.
- 4. Quarterly Trend Summary
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market dynamics to contribute to a forward-thinking marketing approach. Share a detailed summary on a quarterly basis of relevant and actionable trend learnings.

We’d love to hear from people with
- 2-3 years experience in marketing, consumer insights, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analysis, with a focus on distilling insights for strategic decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

$70,000-$75,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
