The Assistant Digital Merchandiser will support the Manager, Digital Merchandising to ensure a superior customer shopping experience is executed for categories of assigned responsibilities. This position will be accountable for ensuring timely and accurate production of merchandise related content and product assortments. The Assistant Digital Merchandiser will also be responsible for executing all editorial and special content setup for multiple categories of business through the direction and supervision of the Manager, Digital Merchandising.
The role requires high attention to detail and collaboration between many cross-functional teams, including (but not limited to): Content Management, Media, Brand Marketing, Buying, Planning, Editorial, IT, and the Global and Regional Ecommerce leadership teams. The associate is expected to plan and execute with a focus on clear communication, campaign and business management with cross-functional partners, and mindful execution of larger business-driving strategy.
Responsibilities
- Executes digital merchandising and content strategies as per the Manager, Digital Merchandising to drive conversation and meet sales targets
- Manage item set up in PIM to get product “site ready” for roll outs; on-going PIM database management on a weekly basis
- Support the team in on-going site QA and product activations
- Monitor site for bugs and partner with cross functional teams to resolve site content and product related issues
- Assist in content imagery management for the team
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis as necessary
- Shop competitors’ sites to identify trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of related industry experience, preferably in eCommerce
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
- Strong sense of urgency, with ability to find solutions quickly and independently
- Highly organized and can manage multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
- Prior experience working in a site merchandising tool
- Works comfortably in Excel and can quickly pick up database management. Adobe Analytics experience a plus
- Self-motivated and confident with some decision making
- Able to work independently as well as on group projects
- Ability to self-manage and take initiative based on direction of the Manager, Digital Merchandising
- Must be able to handle multiple projects with adherence to deadlines. Must be highly organized. Must be able to work independently as well as on group projects. - Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment. Desire to innovate quickly as part of a nimble, entrepreneurial team within an iconic, established American brand

Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
