Responsibilities And Required Skills

Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, including social media, web analytics, and advertising platforms.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools, data visualization tools, and other relevant software to extract and present actionable insights.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights on key metrics and ROI and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and build dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in creating and refining target audience segments based on data analysis and market research.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and account management, to align data-driven insights with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and data analysis methodologies to continuously improve marketing analytics practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing analysis; agency experience preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google [JE1] Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work with raw marketing data in a CSV file, analyzing in Excel or importing into digital reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills plus the willingness to learn new tools and techniques as they become available
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • A self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions to ensure they fully understand the assignment and the objectives are met
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and enthusiasm for the work we do each day
