Description
Are you an experienced marketer with a knack for leveraging data, analytics, technology, best practices, and business processes to support and execute B2B marketing strategies? Are you ready to make a difference as part of a mission-driven company?
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations and Insights Manager to help us build, measure, optimize and scale our marketing programs to drive growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting lead generation and integrated sales & marketing campaigns, measuring and evaluating marketing performance, informing strategic planning and budgeting, and enhancing overall marketing process, technology, and workflow.

What You’ll Do
- Manage marketing automation systems (Marketo) to ensure the smooth running of our marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth
- Own attribution strategy and enable successful operations of technologies that unlock marketing performance insights
- Oversee database management, including lead list imports, database maintenance, field updates, deliverability and compliance
- Document operations processes and strategies, and enable the adoption of optimized processes across the business
- In conjunction with Demand Gen and Comms team, create email marketing campaigns, workflows, and landing pages
- Analyze and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve deliverability, open, and click through rates
- Be responsible for lead-to-opportunity conversion rate across marketing channels
- Build an attribution model that connects marketing campaigns to revenue
- Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards that can be used by the team to make data driven decisions on spend and buyer targets.
- Own the creation of a monthly marketing data and insights pack to share with BU leaders, executive team, and other stakeholders
- Ensure overall working efficiency of tech stack, recommend replacements where needed, establish and document operational best practices
What Will Make You a Good Fit
- A bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of hands-on experience working in a similar role at B2B technology companies
- Marketo Certified Expert
- Exceptionally skilled in data analysis, lead lifecycle management, and project management
- Database and CRM management experience (Salesforce and Marketo)
- Hands-on experience with Account-based marketing and intent platforms (6Sense, ZoomInfo)
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, positive can-do attitude, team player, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

The budgeted salary for this position is $82,500-99,000 USD (includes base + annual bonus). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
This person can work remote, a hybrid schedule, or from one of our physical locations.
