Summary
The Marketing Analyst will strategically craft and deliver reports to align with and drive company objectives. They will enhance analysis and reporting capabilities to quantitatively measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. This position involves collaborating closely with the marketing team to create impactful presentations that communicate key findings effectively. The role extends to identifying critical business insights, summarizing them for leadership, and conducting thorough analyses of business trends and post-promotional activities. This position is a remote role without the expectation of being in the Coppell, TX office.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly analysis of Norwex Perks and Autosave programs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing dashboard showcasing return on ad spend (ROAs), paid ad expenditure, media performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Perform in-depth analysis of email campaigns, including segmentation and detailed reporting.
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for website and assess digital marketing performance across various paid media channels.
- Analyze business and user needs for periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, annually), as well as the effectiveness of customer journeys and offers.
- Process and deliver existing internal monthly reports.
- Track website performance, promotion/incentive performance and email performance.
- Support marketing department representatives in ad hoc analysis requests.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in the direct selling/retail industry in a marketing analyst, IT support, or financial analyst role.
- Multi-level and party plan compensation plan experience preferred.
- MS Office proficiency with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented self-starter, able to work independently as well as in a group setting.
- Ability to complete multiple simultaneous projects as assigned.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptable and flexible, ability to gather data from multiple sources and triangulate data to tell a compelling story.
- Ability to distill complex analyses into actionable feedback and next steps.
