About The Role

They are currently seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role involves working closely with leadership to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to create and execute effective strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful visuals and content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Conduct market research to inform campaign creation and strategy

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience planning, developing, and executing high-performing demand programs, preferably for B2B organizations
  • Strong technical fluency and knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing, data infrastructure, and analytics/reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Marketing Automation tools
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms

Total Rewards

  • Competitive base salary: $70,000-$84,000 Annually
